Three years ago Toronto man John Alpeza constructed this humongous, amazing, glorious treehouse for his children. Considering he spent thirty thousand dollars on the structure, it darn well better be something special.
Alpeza didn’t think to acquire the proper permits for the structure, which towers over his fence and gives his kids the ability to peer into neighboring properties. Following a few complaints, he is now being ordered to tear it down.
Alpeza plans to fight the city’s order, although he probably wont have much luck.
Should he be forced to dismantle it? Or be allowed to keep it? More here.
