Many Edmonton Oilers fans went to bed angry very late last night, after the Oilers gave up a 3-0 lead to the Anaheim Ducks with less than 4 minutes left in the 3rd period, ultimately losing 4-3 in double overtime.

But the biggest controversy of the night was the game-tying goal, that many fans say should have been called goalie interference.

The referees didn’t see it that way, and Oilers fans are MAD.

I'm starting to question my invested interest in a sports league that has blatant bias officiating @NHL

Conspiracy theories are beginning to form, the most popular being that the NHL doesn’t want Canadian teams going to the Stanley Cup Final, so their ratings are higher.
I don't know, guys. I just don't know. It sounds crazy, but I can be convinced pretty easily that the Oilers are playing against the NHL

Even non-Oilers fans think the call was unfair.

I am not an Oilers fan. NHL has a huge credibility problem with blatant goalie interference allowed against Oilers in two consecutive games.

Fans were making their emotions pretty clear on the Oilers Facebook Live video after the game.
But remember… it’s not over yet!
