A new study found that having the laziest possible weekend is the key to losing weight!
Researchers found that people who spent the weekend catching up on sleep had lower BMIs (Body Mass Index) than people who woke up at their normal time and actually did stuff on the weekends.
Here’s the best part: The more time people spent sleeping on weekends, the lower their BMIs were, so the longer you slept the more weight you lost!
The more sleep you get,the happier you will be!
A new survey by the NHS reveals that people, who are perfectly happy sleep for precisely 7 hours and 6 minutes a night. Other findings:
– People, who say they are ‘somewhat happy’ snooze for exactly 6 hours and 54 minutes a night.
– People, who are unhappy in their relationship get less than 6 hours and 48 minutes of sleep a night.
– Those, who meditate or take a shower before bed sleep the soundest.
– Those, who exercise or play video games before bed get less sleep than others.
