New year, new you right?
This January, annual Gym memberships will see a spike, and the gyms will feel a bit crowded because this is the month everyone chooses to get healthy. Why not right? Personally I chose to get healthy last January by getting regular exercise and eating healthier. I may not have managed to lose a TON of weight, but I do feel a lot better, and it’s likely because of this.
Exercise isn’t just about looking better, it’s about feeling better! Last January, I was feeling extremely depressed. I didn’t have the drive to do much, and all I wanted to do was just sit on my couch. I don’t believe you should exercise to JUST lose weight. You should exercise to feel better!
